  • Authentication credentials securely managed via our authentication provider.

Service-Specific Data (VoxAgents)

  • Agent Configurations: Prompts, settings, text-to-speech voice selections, and AI model choices.
  • Knowledge Base Files: Documents you upload (e.g., PDF, TXT, DOCX, JSON) to train your agents, stored securely.
  • Call Data: Call logs, timestamps, duration, conversational transcripts, and associated metadata generated during calls handled by your agents.

Billing Information

  • Payment processing details are securely managed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

  • IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns for analytics, security (e.g., reCAPTCHA v2), and operational troubleshooting.
How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to operate and improve our services, including:

  • Providing and maintaining core functionality (e.g., processing real-time voice calls using your uploaded knowledge base).
  • Managing accounts, billing, and subscription provisioning (including phone number leasing).
  • Communicating essential product updates, support items, and billing alerts.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform.
  • Complying with legal obligations.
Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our voice AI platform, we securely share necessary data with trusted infrastructure partners:

  • Voice & AI Processing: Vapi.ai (for real-time agent handling and call orchestration) and AWS Bedrock (for knowledge retrieval/RAG).
  • Data Storage & Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for knowledge base file storage and MongoDB Atlas for database hosting.
  • Authentication: Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) and Apple (for Apple Sign-In).
  • Billing: Stripe for usage metering and subscription processing.
  • Security: Google reCAPTCHA v2 for spam and bot prevention.
Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately, and we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, port, or delete your personal data.

Upon processing a deletion request, we will remove your configured agents, released leased phone numbers, erase uploaded knowledge base files, destroy call logs and transcripts, and securely terminate your user and billing records.

Security & Data Location

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data during transit and at rest. Primary databases and knowledge base files are securely hosted on infrastructure located within the United States. If you access our service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.
