Your data belongs to you. We provide clear paths to request permanent deletion and understand our deep wipe procedures.
When you request data deletion, our system automatically runs a cascading sequence to purge:
Telephony
Leased phone numbers are fully released, and Stripe subscriptions are automatically cancelled.
AI Assistants
All voice agents, prompts, and their dedicated Vapi.ai configurations are destroyed.
Knowledge Base
All trained documents (PDFs, TXT, JSON) are permanently purged from Amazon S3 and Bedrock vector databases.
Account Core
Call logs, transcripts, your Stripe Customer ID, and Firebase Authentication identity are obliterated.
Because our deletion cascade connects directly to our third-party infrastructure (AWS, Vapi, Stripe, Firebase), deletion takes effect immediately upon processing your request. Data cannot be recovered.
Payment processing histories may be securely retained by our payment processor solely as mandated by tax and corporate security laws to prevent fraud.
To request a full manual account wipe across our infrastructure, you must send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your user account.
